Responsibilities include maintaining equipment safety and performance, managing the site environment during service operations, identifying risks, and escalating as needed.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for customer satisfaction through quality of service and proactive on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed)
• Accurate and real-time back reporting of work performed (at equipment level) for e-Optimum and Customer Notification
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, the contact person and end-users on site with an Ambassador attitude
• Ensure equipment safety and performance
• Manage site environment during service operations
• Identify site risks and communicate to supervisor
• Take immediate action on site for high-risk situations and apply escalation procedures
• Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs and obtain on-site approval if not contract-covered
