KONE is seeking a on-site service professional in France to manage customer relationships, oversee safety and performance of equipment, and ensure timely reporting of work performed. You will act as the ambassador for service quality and coordinate with on-site contacts.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, adherence to safety instructions, and timely reporting. Training and leadership responsibilities may be part of the job, with a focus on continuous improvement within the PCM

Responsabilités

• Maintain customer satisfaction through quality of service and proactive on-site communication (ETA, job performed).
• Ensure accurate real-time back reporting of work performed at equipment level for e-Optimum and Customer Notification.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, onsite contact person and end-users with an Ambassador attitude.
• Ensure equipment safety and performance.
• Manage site environment during service operations.
• Identify site risks and communicate them to the supervisor.
• Take immediate on-site action for high-risk situations and apply escalation procedures.
• Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs and obtain supervisor approval if not contract-covered.
• Provide regular updates to supervisor on relevant information.
• Be familiar with lift technology and attend proposed training; may train/coach others as directed.
• Contribute to ongoing product/method/safety improvements by feedback to PCM organisation and supervisor.
