Job summary

KONE seeks a customer-focused field service technician to support on-site maintenance and service operations in Six-Fours-les-Plages, France.

Qualifications

• Accurate, real-time back reporting of work performed at equipment level.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and end-users on site.
• Ensure equipment safety and performance.
• Manage site environment during service operations.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the end-users and the site safety.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow safety instructions.
• Perform service visits (planned maintenance, callouts, repairs) within schedule and quality standards.
• Plan workload in coordination with the service supervisor.
• Raise sales leads to supervisor as appropriate.
• Provide precise, timely back reporting of work performed.
• Submit timesheets reflecting execution of tasks.
• Manage proximity stock (shelving, inventory, stock transfers) and identify spare needs.
• Keep service tools, van, and instruments safe and in good condition.
• Contribute to ongoing product, method, and safety improvements by feedback to PCM organization.
