KONE is seeking a field service professional in Aix-en-Provence to ensure customer satisfaction through proactive on-site communication, precise reporting, and strict adherence to safety and maintenance standards.

You will manage safety, tool and stock integrity, and coordinate with the supervisor on planned maintenance, callouts, and repairs. The role emphasizes customer relationships and rapid escalation when risks appear, supporting continuous service quality improvements.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and proactive on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed, etc).
• Responsible for accurate and real time back reporting of work performed (equipment level) to ensure accuracy of e-Optimum and Customer Notification.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, the contact person and end-users on site, applying the Ambassador attitude.
• Accountable for equipment safety and performance and for managing the site environment during service operations.
• Identify site risk and communicate them to the supervisor; take immediate action on site for high risk and apply escalation procedures.
• Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs and obtain supervisor approval if not covered by contract, then perform them.
• Accountable for end-user safety, site safety, and safe working environment; carry out operations according to maintenance and safety instructions.
• Plan workload with service supervisor; raise sales leads; provide precise back reporting and submit time sheets.
• Manage proximity stock, spare parts requests, and keep service tooling, van, and instruments safe and maintained.
• Contribute to ongoing product, method, and safety improvements by feedback to PCM organisation and supervisor.
• May provide training/coaching to persons nominated by the supervisor.
