Job summary

KONE Corporation is seeking a service professional in Six-Fours-les-Plages to support customer satisfaction during on-site service visits and proactive communication with end users. You will ensure safety, accurate reporting, and adherence to schedules while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed, etc).
• Provide accurate real-time back reporting of work performed at the equipment level to ensure e-Optimum and Customer Notification accuracy.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers at the site through the on-site contact person and end-users.
• Ensure equipment safety and a safe working environment during service operations.
• Plan workload with service supervisor and ensure execution of planned maintenance, callouts and repairs within schedule and quality standards.
• Raise sales leads to supervisor and submit time sheets based on execution; manage proximity stock and keep tooling and van in good condition.
• Contribute to product and safety improvements by providing feedback to PCM and supervisor.
