Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer relationships by proactive on-site communication.
• Provide accurate real-time reporting of work performed for e-Optimum and notifications.
• Ensure equipment safety and on-site environment during service operations.
• Plan and execute service visits, including maintenance, callouts, and repairs.
• Raise sales leads to supervisor.
• Keep service tooling, van, and instruments safe and maintained.
• Stay familiar with lift technology and attend training as required.
