Hermès Europe is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Team Manager in Paris to lead a team of about 10 operations officers, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency across risk, payments and stock management.

You will recruit, develop and coach the team daily, collaborate closely with the E-Commerce Operations Manager and other Hermès teams to align processes, report KPIs, and uphold Hermès values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in people management.
• Experience in retail operations and digital/IT fields.
• Strong leadership and client service focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of around 10 operations officers.
• Oversee risk, payments, and stock operations for ecommerce.
• Monitor KPIs and report to the E-commerce Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with Hermès teams to ensure process alignment.
