Zusammenfassung

Hermès Sellier, division Hermès Distribution Europe, is seeking a Team Manager in Paris to lead a 10-person client advisory team across channels, ensuring excellent customer relations and reporting to the E-store manager.

You will be part of the Client Relation Center (CRC) Management, develop the team, recruit, coach, and align processes with other Team Leaders to deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing a team in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Ability to drive performance through KPIs and coaching.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, onboard and develop CRC agents in collaboration with E-store managers and HR.
• Coach and develop team through regular one-to-ones and training aligned with KPI targets.
• Manage team planning, presence and vacation validation (ADP/Excel).
• Monitor KPIs and take actions to improve performance; report to E-store manager.
• Collaborate with Training Manager and other Team Leaders to ensure aligned processes.
