Algolia is seeking a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and engage high-intent inbound opportunities within a defined portfolio. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to execute account strategies and multi-channel outreach.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience in business development or SaaS sales is preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong prospecting and communication skills across channels.
• Comfort with data-driven outreach and feedback.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Build a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting to target accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account strategies and outreach plans.
• Research target accounts and identify decision-makers using sales intelligence tools.
• Create multi-channel outreach campaigns using email, phone, LinkedIn, video content.
• Qualify inbound inquiries and convert to opportunities.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
