Job summary

Algolia, the leading search and discovery platform, is seeking an Account Manager for the Dutch-speaking market. You will own and grow a portfolio of existing Commercial customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving retention and expansion.

Based in France or remote, you will partner with Customer Success and Renewal teams to deliver value and navigate a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a B2B SaaS sales or account management role with renewals and expansion revenue
• Experience working with eCommerce or digital experience platforms is a plus
• Customer-first mindset with a desire to build long-term relationships
• Proven ability to identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a large portfolio of existing Commercial customers, retaining and growing recurring revenue
• Develop deep understanding of customer objectives to proactively identify expansion opportunities
• Act as the primary commercial contact, building trust-based relationships with stakeholders
• Lead account planning and renewal conversations, aligning Algolia’s solutions to customer goals
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Support to ensure a seamless experience
• Monitor health signals and forecast to maintain predictable revenue
