IXO is seeking remote contributors to apply field-specific expertise to the creation and review of IXO training examples. You will review model outputs and build high-quality prompts that challenge model reasoning, while ensuring consistency and clarity across annotations.

Strong written English and a track record in professional writing are essential. Prior annotation or research experience is valued, and the role offers remote work with pay in USD on an hourly basis.

• Demonstrable ability to critique complex material in a professional or academic domain.

Background

Bring demonstrable expertise in a professional or academic domain, strong written English and the ability to critique complex material. Three or more years of practice and a record of strong professional writing are preferred. Relevant evidence includes technical documentation, research, analytical memoranda or strategy presentations. Prior annotation, teaching, research, prompt design and AI review are useful but not mandatory. No previous AI role is required.

Deliverables and pay

Deliverables are labeled examples, supported evaluations and a reproducible record of decisions. IXO will agree the scope, schedule and review criteria before work begins.

Pay is $150 $210/hr in USD. Work is remote.
