Job summary

Pennylane, a leading fintech unicorn, is seeking a Head of Website & Conversion to lead the Website squad, drive demo bookings and self-sign-ups, and scale conversion initiatives across Growth, Product, and Engineering. Based in Paris with hybrid or fully remote options in France, you will shape strategy, coach a multidisciplinary team, and champion data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Growth, Conversion, or Product management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record delivering conversion improvements.
• Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Data, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Website squad and drive conversion improvements across demo bookings and self-sign-ups.
• Define initiatives, prioritize projects, and unblock blockers while empowering owners.
• Oversee experimentation, A/B testing, and ensure statistical rigor.
• Collaborate with Engineering on performance, tracking, and security.
• Prepare for international expansion and brand updates.
