Pennylane is hiring a Head of Website & Conversion to lead the Website squad, driving CRO and growth for a high-traffic site. You will partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, Sales, Data, Brand, and Automation to deliver measurable business impact.

Based in Paris with a hybrid or remote model, you will shape strategy, manage a multidisciplinary team, and scale experimentation to accelerate demo bookings and self-sign-ups across international expansion.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in Growth, Conversion, or Product, including people-management.
• Strong CRO and product-management experience for a high-traffic website.
• Proven track record delivering measurable conversion improvements.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving growth.
• Solid understanding of experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
• Collaboration with Engineering on performance, tracking, and security (coding not required).
• Hands-on AI usage to boost squad operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Website squad and collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering, Sales and Data teams.
• Set roles, objectives, and rituals; drive autonomy and seniority.
• Prioritize initiatives to improve demo bookings and self-sign-ups.
• Oversee A/B testing program and ensure statistical rigor.
• Lead brand updates and support product launches with self-sign-up journeys.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
