Job summary

Pennylane is seeking a Head of Website & Conversion to lead our Website squad and drive conversions for demo bookings and self-sign-ups. Based in Paris with hybrid or remote work across France, you will collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data teams to accelerate performance and growth.

You will own tracking, data quality, and experimentation, shaping strategic website initiatives, design, and international expansion while mentoring a multidisciplinary team and advancing

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Growth, Conversion, or Product, including people-management.
• Strong expertise in CRO and/or product management for a high-traffic website.
• Proven track record in delivering measurable conversion improvements.
• Experience managing and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering on performance, tracking, and security (coding not required).
• Experience leading complex projects with multiple business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI to enhance personal and team operations.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, self-sign-up models, or fast-growing e-commerce with tracking and analytics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Website squad and collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering, Sales, Demand Gen, Data, Brand, and Automation teams.
• Define and prioritize initiatives that improve demo bookings and self-sign-ups.
• Frame, challenge, and unblock projects while empowering owners.
• Monitor conversion KPIs and ensure focus on measurable business impact.
• Share results and learnings with Growth, Sales, and Product teams.
• Scale experimentation with rapid, rigorous A/B testing programs.
• Deliver strategic projects including brand updates and new product launches.
