Job summary

Pennylane is hiring a Head of Website & Conversion to lead the Website squad, scale our conversion engine, and drive measurable impact on bookings and sign-ups. You will partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, Sales, Data, Brand, and Outsourcing teams to define strategy, organize rituals, and accelerate experiments.

Based in Paris with a hybrid model or fully remote across France, you’ll champion AI-enhanced processes, ensure performance and data quality, and mentor a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Growth, Conversion, or Product with people management.
• Proven CRO or product leadership for a high-traffic website.
• Track record of delivering measurable conversion improvements.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Website squad and collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering, Sales, Data, Brand.
• Define initiatives to improve demo bookings and self-sign-ups.
• Scale the A/B testing program with rigorous design and analysis.
• Deliver strategic projects including brand updates and international expansion.
• Protect tracking, performance, and data quality in partnership with Engineering.
