Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of consulting or professional services experience at high-growth scale-ups.
• Customer-obsessed with strong ownership and ability to turn needs into plans.
• Experience balancing execution, people management, and financial performance.
• Builder mindset to design and scale processes from scratch.

Aufgaben

• Design and launch the Professional Services program including offering, pricing, and delivery.
• Deliver structured, high-impact advisory to merchants.
• Define KPIs and build tools to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Ops, and Customer teams.
• Architect scalable knowledge to feed training and product roadmap.
• Manage repeatable and bespoke projects.
• Design revenue models and forecast team utilization.
