Job summary

Bigblue is building the logistics backbone for modern commerce across Europe from Paris. We are seeking a UI/UX designer to lead design projects end-to-end, from discovery to high-fidelity prototypes, with a strong focus on merchant and customer experiences.

You will collaborate with engineers, data and product managers, define user experience vision, and establish customer-centric practices while owning the design process and contributing to the company brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-to-end UI/UX design experience at a product-driven tech company.
• Fluent in French and English; able to write effective in-app content.
• Strong user research skills to lead discovery and test outputs.
• Experience with design systems and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects through discovery to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Set the user experience vision for merchants and customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, data, and product managers.
• Establish customer-centric best practices to inform decisions.
• Balance insights, technical constraints, and market needs.
• Take ownership from whiteboard to live product output and brand-building.
