Job summary

Bigblue is seeking an Ops Excellence Lead to scale our European warehousing operations. You will own high-impact programs spanning capacity planning, S&OP, and service quality, reporting directly to the Head of Ops Excellence and engaging with CEO and senior leaders.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives across Warehouse Ops, Product, Merchant Success, and Finance, building capacity models, defining SOPs, and guiding large merchant turnarounds.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in supply chain, warehouse ops, or logistics
• 3+ years in multi-site or cross-network role (network design, regional ops excellence, process engineering)
• Built or run capacity planning or S&OP processes
• Led complex cross-functional programs from scratch
• Process standardization at scale
• Thrived in fast-scaling, build-from-scratch environments
• Strong written and verbal communication with structured framing documents
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects across the warehouse network (scoping, framing, execution, impact)
• Own training and knowledge transfer program for operational standards across all Bigblue sites
• Support complex prospect operational assessments and setup for large merchant launches
• Design and operate a network-wide capacity model integrating labor, fullness, volumes, and forecasts
• Develop the S&OP planning process with governance across teams
• Lead network optimization and merchant turnarounds
• Drive 95% Happy Orders and 95% Happy Inbounds through diagnostics and improvements
• Lead large-scale projects in inventory quality and packing productivity
