Job summary

Bigblue seeks a Head of Professional Services in Paris to design, build, and scale a new PS function. You will define offerings, pricing, and delivery frameworks, and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Ops, and Merchant teams to drive growth and value.

You will manage complex projects from onboarding to migration, deliver strategic guidance to merchants, and shape internal training and product direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or implementation at a high-growth scale-up, logistics, eCom or SaaS.
• You are customer-obsessed with a strong sense of ownership and ability to turn complex needs into actionable plans.
• You balance execution, people management, and financial performance.
• You are a builder capable of designing and scaling processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch the Professional Services program: define the service offering, pricing models, and delivery frameworks.
• Deliver structured, high-impact advice to merchants: streamline operations and unlock growth.
• Create and track KPIs including merchant satisfaction, ROI, and delivery timelines.
• Generate knowledge to fuel training, merchant enablement, and product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Ops, and Customer teams to integrate PS into the customer journey.
• Manage both repeatable onboarding and bespoke projects, balancing standardized delivery with custom solutions.
• Make PS a profitable growth engine by forecasting utilization and ensuring strong project economics.
