La Grande Mare in Guernsey seeks a Director of Hospitality to lead all food & beverage operations, guest experience, events, and service standards across the resort's venues.

With oversight of ~40 associates, and responsibility for financial performance and operational excellence, you will partner with the Managing Director to set culture, standards and an effective operating model for a luxury hospitality destination.

• Experience leading food and beverage operations in luxury hospitality venues.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to drive guest experience and service standards.

Position OverviewThis is a unique chance to help build something extraordinary. The Director of Hospitality will have overall responsibility for all food and beverage operations, guest experience, events, service standards, operational excellence and financial performance across La Grande Mare's hospitality offering.
Working closely with the Managing Director, this individual will establish the culture, standards and operating model required to make La Grande Mare the leading golf and hospitality destination in Guernsey. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 40 associates and oversee the Executive Chef and all front and back of house operations.

This role would suit an established hospitality leader from a luxury venue or an exceptional senior manager ready to step into their first executive leadership position.
