Hand Picked Hotels' St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Guernsey is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead dining areas, bars and service spaces to the highest standards, delivering memorable guest experiences.

This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role offers a starting rate of £15.10 per hour plus service charge, with weekends on a rota and a range of colleague benefits including holidays, meals on shift, uniform, pension and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Oversee dining areas, bars and service spaces to the highest standards.
• Ensure tables are beautifully set and service stations stocked.
• Support on-the-floor team and assist with service supervision.
• Deliver premium food and beverage offerings with care and consistency.
