Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Data & AI Director to work with portfolio company and PE deal teams, scoping, designing, and delivering data and AI solutions across pillars. You will operate at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategy, guiding clients toward faster, insight-driven decisions with high impact.

You will lead analytics, automation of finance processes, and governance through data capabilities, while communicating clearly to C-suite and boards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data/AI leadership or advisory roles.
• Proven ability to deliver analytics in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of R2R, O2C, P2P processes and finance.

Responsabilités

• Deliver value-creation analytics to inform PE value plans.
• Design AI solutions to automate core finance processes.
• Build AI-powered forecasting and management reporting.
• Create dashboards and reporting with Power BI, Python, and SQL.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for executives.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders across finance, ops, and tech.
