Publicis Sapient is seeking a Manager, Data & AI Strategy to lead data-driven transformation programs for global clients. You will shape data and AI strategies, drive thought leadership, and embed innovative approaches into client engagements while mentoring teams and growing senior client relationships.

You will work across industries, bringing hands-on data/AI knowledge and a startup mindset to deliver value at scale and accelerate clients’ digital journeys.

Qualifications

• Strong data & AI knowledge, able to interpret client business/technical requirements, and translate into learning agendas and strategies.
• Practical grounding in at least one industry with understanding of data/AI value in that context.
• Knowledgeable about data and AI capabilities/use cases, data types, sources, partners, and data quality.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to distill complex data/AI concepts.
• Architect innovative data and AI strategies and integrated solutions.
• Curate a culture of learning in data and AI tools, case studies, new partners, and techniques.
• High sense of ownership, drive, and agenda setting.
• Strong team player with a can-do attitude and ability to simplify and go into detail when needed.
• Learning mindset and willingness to broaden skills as needed.
• Ability to establish, manage and grow senior client relationships and drive account growth.
• Ability to motivate and lead a cross-functional team to project completion.
• Ability to quantify and communicate impact-driven by data/AI solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the data- and AI-driven program approach across teams, developing data and AI strategies for clients.
• Educate client-facing teams and define best-practice approaches.
• Provide strategic direction on data and AI thought leadership for strategic partners.
• Embed new data-driven approaches and case studies into client engagements and collateral.
• Drive new business pitches and prototyping work.
• Oversee data-driven learning agendas, use cases, and partner evaluation/activation on client accounts.
• Align data/AI strategy with client approval and adoption.
