Publicis Sapient is seeking a Manager, Data & AI Strategy to lead data-driven transformation programs for global clients. You will shape data and AI strategy, drive learning agendas, and collaborate with senior teams to deliver measurable business value.

The role blends strategic guidance with hands-on execution, including growth of data platforms and AI capabilities, in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead data- and AI-driven program strategy across clients globally.
• Accelerate DDT strategy with client-facing leads and teams.
• Position the agency as an AI and data leader through solutions.
• Define learning agendas and use cases for data and AI across engagements.
• Guide partner evaluation, selection and integration, activation on accounts.
• Embed new data-driven approaches into client engagement framework.
• Support new business pitches and prototyping work.
• Align data strategy with client approvals and adoption.
• Grow use of CDPs, data lakes, and ML/AI platforms.
• Provide subject-matter expertise across data/AI technology and strategy.
• Advise on planning insights using data and AI to evolve client processes.
