Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Director, Product Strategy & Transformation to lead AI-enabled product development and the Agentic PDLC across a global software portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, discovery, delivery and measurement, embedding with business units and driving transformation at scale.

Based in Paris or remote, you will travel ~35% to collaborate with teams, mentors, and executives, delivering outcomes that accelerate customer value and enterprise

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management/leadership in B2B software or SaaS.
• Owned strategy/outcomes for substantial product, platform or portfolio.
• Led cross-functional teams to deliver measurable customer/business outcomes.
• Experience building or transforming AI-enabled product development workflows.

Responsabilités

• Define, pilot and scale Wolters Kluwer's Agentic PDLC and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insight into practical change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, portfolio governance and metrics.
• Turn effective practices into repeatable tools and standards for enterprise adoption.
