Veeam, home of Kasten, seeks a senior Pre-Sales Leader to guide a distributed team across EMEA and APJ. You will own technical wins, shape demonstrations, and align with regional sales to drive enterprise data protection solutions for cloud-native workloads.

You will collaborate with Product Management and engineering to incorporate customer feedback while ensuring credibility with enterprise architects and executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pre-sales or solutions engineering in enterprise software, with 3+ years in people leadership.
• Experience leading large, multi-country pre-sales teams and driving complex deals.
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for executives.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Kasten Specialist Solutions Engineers/Architects across EMEA and APJ.
• Own the technical win across both regions: discovery, solution architecture, demos, and POC execution.
• Partner with regional leaders on territory planning, pipeline development and pursuit strategy.
