Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead architecture, planning and management of professional services engagements focused on availability solutions, data protection and monitoring. This remote France role involves face-to-face visits and up to 30% travel.

The successful candidate will bring VMware VCP or equivalent, Prince2/ITIL/PMP, strong communication, and extensive virtualization and storage experience across VMware/Hyper‑V, Kubernetes and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent experience.
• Significant consulting and project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Veeam Core products and data protection solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, SOWs and project plans.
• Lead delivery and implementation of Veeam solutions.
• Manage client communications, risk, and scheduling across multiple projects.
• Provide knowledge transfer and operate as liaison between client and Veeam support.
