Veeam Software seeks a senior leader to head Kasten Specialist Solutions Engineers across EMEA and APJ, driving technical wins and orchestration with regional sales. You will shape discovery, architecture, demos, and POC processes while aligning with product and engineering to reflect customer needs.

You will also build relationships with Red Hat, AWS, and system integrators, and mentor a multinational team to raise execution and coverage across regions. Expect up to 30% travel.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years pre‑sales or solutions engineering in enterprise software.
• 3+ years in people leadership across countries/time zones.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and virtualization experience in production/evaluation.
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Bonus: experience selling to DevOps/Platform teams and CNCF/community credibility.

Aufgaben

• Lead and grow a distributed team of Kasten Specialist Solutions Engineers/Architects across EMEA and APJ.
• Own the technical win across regions: discovery, architecture, demos, and POC execution.
• Partner with regional leadership on territory planning, pipeline development, and reviews.
• Develop ecosystem tech relations with Red Hat, AWS, SUSE, and partners; enable field org.
• Travel up to 30% across EMEA and APJ, with occasional global travel.
