Job summary

Neara is building AI-powered digital twins of electricity grids to help utilities manage extreme weather and grid risks at scale. The Director, Key Accounts will be a hands-on leader driving growth across Europe, owning strategic relationships and mentoring a customer-facing team.

You will develop expansion plans, engage executives, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Ops to scale Neara's footprint with Europe's largest utilities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise sales with multi-year contracts.
• Experience leading account teams or managers.
• Strong communication with executives.
• Industry exposure to utilities/energy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across Europe.
• Develop expansion plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Coach account teams on strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Ops.
