Neara is building a brand-new PMO and seeks a Director to lead software delivery and project management excellence across Europe. You’ll create scalable PMO standards, train teams, and align customer value with engineering outcomes.

You will shape governance across customer engagements, establish dashboards, and partner with CS, Product, and Engineering to drive successful implementations in a rapidly growing market.

Qualificações

• 5+ years across Customer Success, Professional Services, or PMO
• Experience managing enterprise software projects or large-scale transformations
• Proven ability to apply and improve project management standards
• Strong communication to translate status, risks, and trade-offs for leadership
• Comfort with data, tooling, and automated reporting/dashboards

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for complex enterprise software engagements from kickoff to go-live
• Apply and reinforce PM practices and standards across projects
• Maintain accurate project tracking and leadership dashboards
• Identify risks/blockers early and drive resolution with cross-functional teams
• Refine PMO tooling, templates, and reporting infrastructure as the function matures
• Support contract and scope reviews with Product and Engineering
• Design and maintain Customer Success onboarding and learning systems
