Job summary

CoreWeave Europe seeks a Senior Director of Sales, Southern Europe, to own commercial strategy and execution across France, Italy, Iberia, and the wider Mediterranean region. You will lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, drive new logos and existing-customer growth, and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and finance to close multi-year large-scale agreements.

You will recruit and develop top talent, design regional coverage models, and travel as needed to accelerate

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, including cloud infrastructure and software platforms.
• 8+ years of sales leadership experience leading multi‑country teams.
• Proven track record of building and scaling regional sales organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own Southern Europe business strategy, revenue, pipeline, and customer growth.
• Develop and execute multi-year market capture plans for France, Italy, Iberia, and the Med region.
• Recruit, coach, and develop regional sales leaders and ICs.
• Lead senior customer engagements with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver coordinated customer outcomes.
