Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Proven experience in individual giving and securing six- and seven-figure gifts.
• Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manages a portfolio of 60-80 donors and prospects with cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Develops and executes annual and multi-year fundraising strategies and goals.
• Participates in planning multi-year campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
• Collaborates with Donor Relations, Events, and Prospect Development to grow the donor pipeline.
• Maintains donor activity and proposals in the fundraising CRM; attends related meetings.
