Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a seasoned financial professional to oversee the department's accounting, budgeting and payroll functions. You will manage general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable, coordinate monthly close, and ensure accuracy across multiple funds including HMFP and Foundation.

You will report to the Director of Financial Services and lead a small team while partnering with Revenue Cycle, Payroll and other departments to drive accurate reporting and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3-5 years related work experience and 0-1 years supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong Excel and accounting software experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly general ledger entries, AP and AR activities.
• Prepare and distribute monthly HMFP, APHMFP and Foundation financial statements.
• Oversee revenue cycle policies and cash management.
• Develop and manage HMFP, APHMFP and Foundation budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure vendor AP compliance and assist with year-end audit.
• Oversee monthly routine reports and financial reporting to leadership.
