Aircall is recruiting a Customer Success Manager Intern to join our Paris office for a 6-month program starting in November 2026. You will support our growing client base and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Support a rapidly growing client base and help them grow with Aircall.
• Serve as the main contact for global customers in the long-tail segment.
• Handle tickets, questions, and requests; route to resources or teams as needed.
• Assist Customer Success by handling inbound calls and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and apply retention tactics.
• Partner with Digital CS to evaluate process improvements, including AI tools.
