Jobtailor in France seeks a client onboarding specialist to guide new clients through onboarding, connect them with the firm's digital tools, and ensure a smooth start to the relationship.

You will create clear training materials and deliver short training sessions, act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, identify improvements to the onboarding process, and conduct regular client visits across assigned portfolios.

• Identify issues, propose improvements, and optimize onboarding processes.
• Detect client needs and escalate to the assigned accountant.
• Manage an appropriate client portfolio with hands-on involvement.
• Regular client visits are required.

Responsibilities

• Support new clients in onboarding and using the firm's digital tools: client portal, invoicing software, document uploads, etc.
• Guide clients through the setup of their electronic invoicing process: connecting to the dematerialization platform, uploading invoices, and configuring approval workflows.
• Create clear, user-friendly training materials (how-to sheets, tutorials, step-by-step guides) and deliver short training sessions, internal and/or external.
• Act as the link between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication from the start of the relationship.
• Identify issues, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing our client onboarding process.
• Detect additional client needs and escalate them to the assigned chartered accountant.
• You will be assigned an appropriate client portfolio so you maintain hands-on operational involvement in the role.
• Regular client visits will be required.
