H-Tech Supports is seeking a capable helpdesk/ desktop support professional to join our Paris-based team on a 12-month freelance contract. You will handle daily helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and keep on-site user operations running smoothly with hands-on technical support.
