Gladia in Paris is seeking a hybrid designer‑engineer to create immersive web experiences. You will code in Next.js, HTML, CSS, and work in Cursor, shipping on Vercel, while shaping our internal AI‑powered brand system and assets.

You’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and engineering to evolve the marketing site, internal tooling, and developer experience. Fluent English and onsite Paris work are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design and code capabilities, ideally in a startup context.
• Fluency with React/Next.js, HTML, CSS.
• Experience building design systems as living products.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily workflow.
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly.

Responsabilités

• Lead evolution of web experience toward immersive, product-grade design across marketing site and materials.
• Design and build directly in code (Next.js, HTML, CSS), shipping via GitHub and deploying on Vercel.
• Own and evolve internal platform and AI-powered brand system generating all assets.
• Design and help build smaller products: Compare STT, GladiaFlow, and developer experience platform.
• Own Gladia's brand identity end-to-end across website, marketing materials, decks, and video.
• Move fast and deliver independently across a wide range of formats.
