Gladia in Paris is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to own and scale our brand across the website, marketing assets, decks, and video. This hands-on role blends brand work (70%) with product design for internal tools, in a codebase (Next.js, HTML, CSS) with Cursor, hosted on Vercel.

You’ll lead with autonomy and collaborate with external partners when needed. The role rewards strong AI fluency, a proven portfolio, and exceptional speed in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing 360° coverage: website, video, decks, and brand identity.
• Strong fluency and curiosity with AI tools.
• Comfortable working in a codebase with Cursor or an equivalent IDE.
• Highly autonomous: you've managed a brand on your own.

Responsabilités

• Own Gladia's brand identity and ensure consistency across the website, marketing assets, decks, and video.
• Design, build and maintain our website directly in the codebase (Next.js / Vercel via Cursor).
• Extend our visual identity into new formats, including video.
• Contribute product design on internal tools (GladiaFlow, Compare STT, and others).
• Ship fast: from full homepage redesigns to campaign creative on tight timelines.
• Use AI tools to move faster and raise the bar on what a small team can produce.
• Manage external partners (agencies, freelancers) autonomously when the work calls for it.
