Gladia is seeking a hands-on Web Designer-Developer to shape immersive, product-grade experiences. You will design the external marketing site, build in code, and own the AI-driven brand system that generates assets.

You’ll collaborate across marketing and product, shipping with Next.js, HTML, and CSS, while pushing interactive UI and motion. Strong English and Paris-area availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and coding high-quality web experiences.
• Strong React/Next.js and CSS skills.
• Experience owning a design system as a product.
• Hands-on with AI tools in workflow.
• Fluent English and willingness to work in Paris-area offices.

Responsabilités

• Lead evolution of web experience toward immersive, product-grade design across marketing site and materials.
• Design and build directly in code (Next.js, HTML, CSS), using Cursor and shipping through GitHub, deployed on Vercel.
• Own and evolve internal platform and AI-powered brand system — the product that generates all assets.
• Design and help build our smaller products: Compare STT, GladiaFlow, and the developer experience platform.
• Own the company's brand identity end-to-end across website, marketing materials, decks, and video.
• Move fast and deliver independently across a wide range of formats.
