Gladia is seeking a hybrid craft role combining design and code to push our web experience toward immersive, product-grade designs. You will design and build in code (Next.js, HTML, CSS) and own our internal AI-powered brand system as a product generating assets.

You will shape the external site, marketing materials, and internal tools, ensuring a distinct visual language for a technical product while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Visual design and design-engineering experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Fluency with front-end technologies (React/Next.js, HTML, CSS).
• Experience designing and evolving design systems as living products.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily workflow, not occasional dabbling.
• Ability to craft a distinct visual language for a technical product.

Responsabilités

• Evolve the web experience toward immersive, interactive, product-grade design across the marketing site and materials.
• Design and build directly in code (Next.js, HTML, CSS) and ship via GitHub on Vercel.
• Own and evolve our internal brand system and AI-powered asset generator as a product.
• Design and help build Gladia's smaller products: Compare STT, GladiaFlow, and developer experience platform.
• Own Gladia's brand identity end-to-end across website, marketing materials, decks, and video.
• Move fast and deliver independently across a wide range of formats.
