Gladia is seeking a frontend designer-engineer to evolve our web experience into an immersive, product-grade interface. You will design and code across marketing surfaces and internal platforms, using Next.js, HTML and CSS, in Cursor or equivalent IDE, with GitHub workflows and Vercel deployment.

You will own the AI-powered brand system and contribute to products like Compare STT and GladiaFlow. English fluency and Paris-on-site openness are required, with hybrid or full-remote options in France.

Qualifications

• Visual design and design-engineering experience; able to design and code end-to-end.
• Fluency with front-end (React/Next.js, HTML, CSS).
• Experience building or operating a design system as a living product.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily workflow.
• Ability to build a distinct visual language for a technical product without stock imagery.
• Sharp, fast decision-making with clear reasoning.
• Fluent English.
• Based in or open to on-site work in Paris.

Responsabilités

• Lead the evolution of the web experience toward immersive, product-grade design across the marketing site and materials.
• Design and build directly in code (Next.js, HTML, CSS), using Cursor or similar IDE and shipping via GitHub, deployed on Vercel.
• Own and evolve the internal brand system — the asset-generating product.
• Design and help build our smaller products: Compare STT, GladiaFlow, and developer experience platform.
• Own Gladia's brand identity across website, marketing materials, decks, and video.
• Move fast and deliver independently across various formats.
