Gladia in Paris is evolving its web experience toward immersive, interactive, product-grade design. This role blends design and hands-on coding across the marketing site and internal assets, using Next.js, HTML, CSS, Cursor, and GitHub deployments on Vercel.

You will own the external branding and the internal brand system, build our products like Compare STT and GladiaFlow, and help craft a distinct visual language for a technical AI platform.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and coding interfaces end-to-end, ideally in a startup.
• Strong front-end skills: React/Next.js, HTML and CSS, with ability to ship changes via GitHub.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in creative workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead evolution of web experiences toward immersive, product-grade design across marketing site and materials.
• Design and build directly in code (Next.js, HTML, CSS) and deploy via Vercel.
• Own and evolve the internal brand system and asset-generation product.
