Gladia is seeking a visually driven Design-Engineer to lead the evolution of the company’s web experience. You will design and implement in code (Next.js, HTML, CSS), ship via GitHub, and deploy on Vercel.

Qualifications

• Proven visual design and design-engineering experience, with end-to-end surface ownership.
• Fluent in English; able to review and ship changes via GitHub.
• Experience designing and building websites in code (HTML/CSS, Next.js).

Responsabilités

• Lead the evolution of Gladia's web experience toward immersive, interactive, product-grade design across the marketing site and materials.
• Design and build directly in code using Next.js, HTML, and CSS; ship through GitHub and deploy on Vercel
• Own and evolve the internal platform and AI-powered brand system that generates company assets
• Design and help build Compare STT, GladiaFlow, and the developer experience platform
• Own Gladia's brand identity end-to-end across the website, marketing materials, decks, and video
• Move fast and deliver independently across a wide range of formats
