Gladia seeks a Senior Brand Designer to own end-to-end brand identity across the website, decks and video. You’ll design and build the site in code using Next.js, HTML, and CSS, and you’ll push a cohesive visual language for a technically complex product.

Work with Cursor (or equivalent) and ship changes via GitHub, extending our AI-powered design system. Hybrid Paris-based role with strong growth potential and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Senior brand designer with startup experience and end-to-end ownership.
• Portfolio shows systems thinking across web, video, decks and branding.
• Fluent with Cursor; confident reviewing and shipping changes via GitHub.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in design workflow on a daily basis.
• Ability to craft a distinct visual language for a technical product.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Own Gladia's brand identity end-to-end across website, materials, decks and video.
• Design and build our website in code (Next.js, HTML, CSS) via an IDE like Cursor and GitHub workflows.
• Extend and operate the AI-powered design system and creative prompting.
• Push our web presence toward immersive, interactive experiences.
• Extend visual identity into video formats and product visuals.
• Provide design support to products and move fast across formats.
