Merge is seeking an exceptional operator to own and scale the company's operational backbone across financial, people, customer, and regulatory operations in Paris.

This high-ownership role requires initiative, fast execution, and building systems from scratch, working with the leadership team to drive cross-functional initiatives as we scale.

Responsabilités

• Build and oversee scalable financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, vendor payments, and operational reporting.
• Own the employee lifecycle from hiring through onboarding and day-to-day people operations.
• Design and improve customer onboarding and operational workflows.
• Coordinate regulatory filings, reporting obligations, audits, and compliance initiatives.
