Kraken is hiring a Human Design Lead in Paris to drive culture and leadership transformation across major client initiatives.

You will shepherd senior relationships, coach executives, and shape programs that enable new ways of working at scale. This role requires strong facilitation, clear communication, and a deep understanding of adult learning within energy and utilities contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading senior client relationships and executive coaching.
• Proven ability to drive cultural transformation and leadership development.
• Knowledge of leadership and organizational behavioural best practices.
• Experience in energy, utilities or tech-enabled transformations is highly desirable.
• Based in Paris, France; CV in English required.

Responsabilités

• Be the single point of accountability for enablement and implementation of culture and ways of working transformation across client projects.
• Lead human enablement, behavioural transformation, leadership development programs, coaching and learning initiatives.
• Manage new and existing senior client relationships; be actively involved in pursuits, sales and onboarding.
• Oversee a regional client portfolio (approx 4 clients) and be the primary contact for long-term relationships.
• Provide C-suite coaching and enablement; kick-start Human Design discussions with clients.
• Lead initial sprint setup with activities like Line of Sight, culture survey and executive LDP.
• Collaborate with Global Practice Leads to bring best practices into programs.
• Embed Kraken ways of working and ensure a consistent client experience across the portfolio.

Role

Context: Kraken is the operating system of the future for utilities. When a utility signs up to use Kraken, they have big ambitions to improve customer experience, reduce cost to serve, or accelerate growth and innovation. To enable this at pace, clients need the Kraken tech stack, improved operations, and a culture that enables them to thrive. This role sits within the Human Design Team.

Purpose of the Human Design Lead: Be the single point of accountability for the successful enablement and implementation of culture and ways of working transformation in our clients. Activities align to Global Practices and include:

• Human enablement
• Behavioural transformation
• Leadership Development Programs
• Coaching
• Learning

• New and existing senior clients’ relationships
• Actively involved in the end-to-end cycle of new clients’ pursuits, sales and onboarding
• Responsible for regional client portfolio (expected approx 4 clients)
• Point of contact for senior client relationships long term
• C-suite leadership coaching and enablement
• Kick-start Human Design discussion with clients
• Initial sprint setup including leading activities such as Line of Sight, Culture survey, Exec LDP

• Liaise with Human Design Global Practice Leads to influence and bring best practice into programs
• Lead top-down cultural transformation, working with the C-suite and exec layer in organisations
• Senior cover for Human Design activities throughout migration including ongoing risk monitoring and escalation
• Cultural stewardship
• Embed Kraken ways of working and support delivery teams to ensure a consistent experience across the portfolio
• Act as the bridge between new clients and best practice success stories
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in all facets of Human Design to enable transformation (including cultural transformation, leadership development, coaching, learning)
• Experience in leading portfolios of major program transformations across different geographies
• Track record of trust-based partnerships with C-suite and executives
• Excellent communication skills across different seniorities and cultures
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Experience in navigating ambiguity and complexity
• Clear understanding of the connection between people, organisation and technology in tech-enabled transformations
• Experience in the Energy, Utilities and Telco industries is highly desirable
• Knowledge of leadership and organisational behavioural best practices including psychological safety, empowerment, growth mindset, agile leadership, high performing teams
• A systems thinker who is human-led and based in Paris, France
