Bedrock Streaming is seeking a Senior Domain Product Lead to drive domain-scale strategy, governance, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Design, Engineering and Delivery teams in Europe. You will enable PMs and product trios to operate autonomously while aligning initiatives with the company roadmap and value discipline.

Responsabilités

• Raise product excellence and execution maturity within the Domain to enable PMs and product triads to operate autonomously.
• Ensure Domain initiatives align with Bedrock's strategy and roadmap constraints.
• Bridge the Domain's long-term intent with day-to-day execution to deliver the right outcomes with value discipline.
• Drive consistency of discovery, prioritization, OKRs, KPIs, and delivery rituals across pods.
• Protect releases through portfolio slicing and disciplined dependency management.

Description du poste

• Contributes to: Global roadmap definition and product governance rituals (as the Domain representative); cross-functional prioritization and inter-domain standardization forums
• Works closely with: Product Managers and their Product Trios (PM + Design + Engineering), Design Leadership, QA Practice, VRO (Value Realization Office), Frictionless Team, Platform & Architecture Leads

Your missions will consist of, among other things:

• Raise product excellence and execution maturity within the Domain by enabling Product Managers and Product Trios to operate autonomously.
• Ensure Domain initiatives align with Bedrock's overall product strategy, standards, and roadmap constraints.
• Bridge the Domain's long-term intent with day-to-day execution to ensure teams deliver the right outcomes with strong value discipline.
• Drive consistency of discovery, prioritization, OKRs, KPIs, and delivery rituals across pods.
• Protect releases (small, frequent, and mostly decoupled) through strong portfolio slicing and disciplined dependency management.
