Bedrock Streaming is seeking a Product Lead to define and evolve the product vision and strategy for a Squad/domain, co-owned with the Squad Engineer and Product Designer. You will build and prioritize a roadmap aligned with Bedrock’s north stars and platform roadmap, balancing client demand, innovation, and experience quality to maximize value.

You will maximize business and user value by owning outcomes, setting measurable KPIs, and guiding discovery from hypotheses to MVP validation.

Description du poste

• Define and continuously evolve the product vision, strategy, and OKRs for the Squad/domain, co-owned by the Product Trio (PM + Squad Engineer + Product Designer) aligned with Bedrock’s strategic north stars and platform roadmap.
• Build, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap as a Trio, balancing innovation, client demand, technical enablers, and experience quality to maximize value and predictability.

Your missions will consist of, among other things:

• Maximize business and user value through clear ownership of product vision, strategy, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure product investments directly support Bedrock’s strategic priorities and client value realization.
• Enable the Squad to operate with a double cost-efficiency lens: minimize waste, maximize business results.
• Shift execution from feature delivery to value delivery by tying every initiative to measurable impact.
• Act as the voice of the user and the business inside the Squad, aligning product vision, client expectations, and strategic ambition.

Profile required:

Hard Skills

• Product strategy and vision crafting aligned to north stars and platform roadmap
• OKR setting, KPI definition, analytics interpretation, and value realization tracking
• Discovery structuring: hypotheses, experiments, MVP validation, user insights
• Roadmap management and governance within 70/20/10 allocation principles
• Standardization discipline (Core Product First 90/10), reuse-driven product thinking
• Delivery alignment: backlog quality, Definition of Done, predictable cadence with DM
• Design System governance basics + accessibility and UX quality gates
• Technical literacy to partner effectively with Squad Engineer on feasibility, scalability, and debt

Soft Skills

• Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes (not outputs)
• Clear prioritization and trade-off discipline under constraints
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment (clients + internal governance)
• Collaboration-first mindset within the Trio and with Delivery/QA/VRO
• Comfortable with ambiguity; bias for experimentation and learning
• Ability to influence without formal authority; calm in tension and arbitration
• Transparency-by-default: risks, progress, decisions, and rationale
