Bedrock Streaming, a European tech venture backed by major broadcasters, is seeking a Solution Engineer to join the Business Acceleration team in Paris. You will design end-to-end integration solutions across Bedrock systems, translating client requirements into architectures and delivery plans.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end technical integration solutions across Bedrock systems, maximizing the use of Core enablers while meeting each prospect's specific needs.
• Transform technical requirements gathered by the Technical Account Manager into clear solution architectures and delivery plans.
• Assess non-standard client requirements and determine what should remain bespoke versus what should become a reusable product capability.
• Act as a two-way strategic bridge: Monitor platform evolutions alongside market standards to feed both product roadmaps and business acceleration strategies.
• Translate recurring customer needs into structured and prioritized feedback for the appropriate product team.
• Partner with the Technical Account Manager during presales presentations & discussions, providing technical expertise on architecture, integration feasibility, sequencing and effort estimation.
• Stay engaged throughout implementation to ensure the delivered solution matches the agreed scope and proactively address platform constraints before handover.
• Design and build agentic AI workflows and lightweight agents to solve customer requirements and automate solution design and delivery activities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in the Business Acceleration team, supporting broadcasters throughout their onboarding journey, from the first technical discussions through go-live and the 30-day stabilisation period

You will :

• Design end-to-end technical integration solutions across Bedrock systems, maximising the use of Core enablers while meeting each prospect's specific needs
• Transform technical requirements gathered by the Technical Account Manager into clear solution architectures and delivery plans
• Assess non-standard client requirements and determine what should remain bespoke versus what should become a reusable product capability

SKILLS

• Solution engineering: Strong expertise across multi-system integrations, including CMS, identity/entitlement, billing, CRM, ads, and analytics
• Product sense: Ability to distinguish bespoke customer needs from reusable platform capabilities.
• First-Principles thinking: Proven ability to deconstruct complex technical and business challenges to uncover core needs rather than symptoms.
• Project leadership & ownership: Strong organisational and project management skills to structure work, manage dependencies, and drive outcomes with high agency and accountability.
• Technical estimation & delivery: Experience estimating effort, sequencing activities, and managing delivery dependencies across systems
• Communication & collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge conversations between client technical teams and internal engineering
• AI & Automation: Hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI workflows and lightweight agents
