Alan is building the Data Foundations platform to empower product teams with trusted data across Europe. As a core engineer on the Data Foundations team, you will help design, deploy and operate scalable data infrastructure used by engineers, scientists and analysts.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, own data tools and governance, and help advance AI-driven features while maintaining security and reliability. Fluent English is valued; French not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data roles with measurable impact.
• Experience building and operating production data infrastructure (orchestration, warehouse, IaC).
• Designing systems, tools or libraries used by engineers/analysts.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with a rigorous craft.
• Interest in applying AI to data work.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Fluent and clear in English (French not required).
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Build, maintain, and improve Alan's data platform used by the company.
• Enable data-driven decision making across teams.
• Partner with cross-functional groups to understand needs and deliver trusted data solutions.
• Own data-related tools and governance, ensuring security and reliability.
